Random Character: Where do you worship?
Tale
Released from prison, gangster Dwight "The General" Manfred is exiled to Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he builds a new criminal empire with a cast of unlikely characters. Sylvester Stallone's first starring role in a television series.
Dwight and the General Manfred: I don't really go to church
The opening credits sequence shows a variety of photographic and painted images, as well as Oklahoma landmarks, superimposed on the New York skyline: the "Touch the Clouds" statue of the Sioux Indian chief; wears a War Bonnet and Bone Choker (breastplate) attached to the Brooklyn Bridge Gold Digger statue atop the Statue of Liberty. There are several numbered "Avenues" in the New York City borough of Manhattan; which are intersected by smaller numbered streets.

Likeable and somewhat deep characters, believable plot, tolerable pacing are the driving force of this show. Stallone is good to be the main character, but I really like Andrea Savage and her character, very good performance.
fun but not really adding value or standing out
I really respected that Stallone doesn't try to appear younger when his character, Dwight, honestly mentions his age and how it might affect his relationship with a younger woman. The cinematography and music are nothing special, both are good enough to help carry the show.

My review shows the show looking pretty average, but I rate it 8/10 because it's solid entertainment, not a TV/cinema masterpiece or tour de force. Season 5, Episode 2, "The Squid Game" Season 2 and more of the most anticipated new and upcoming series on TV and streaming.
